Verantwortungsvolles Spielen

The following rules must be strictly observed by all operating under the 723 limited under KGC Licence. It is your responsibility to understand and abide by these rules. If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact us at [email protected]

HOW WE COMMIT RESPONSIBLE GAMING

For us, Responsible Gaming is the rational, sensible selection of gaming options by our clients; that is, an informed, educated decision by the players for the sole purpose of entertainment. Responsible Gaming is a leisure and entertainment activity and must never interfere with social, professional or family obligations. If a player thinks he/she is spending more money than he can afford, or in case gaming is starting to interfere with his normal daily routines, we strongly advise to consider several measures that can help, such as setting Personal Limits on the gaming activities, opting for Self-Exclusion or seeking help and support from trusted independent bodies.

AVAILABLE RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING TOOLS FOR CUSTOMERS
  1. Self exclusion directly from the site. This may be done through the Responsible gambling section, for not less than 6 months. This may not be REVOKED. Following this the player will be directed to submit a Comprehensive Self-Exclusion Request with the KGC on Gaming Commission
  2. Self exclusion through KGC website to self exclude across all operators - Gaming Commission – Please note this is NOT immediate as the KGC verifies the request. For immediate closure please refer to pint 1 and 3.
  3. Cool off directly from site: If players need a break to regulate their gaming, they may cool off for periods of 1 day, 7 days or 30 days
  4. Every player have an option to set one of the following limits:

Wager limit ( the amount of money the player can wager (bet) is limited for a period of time (a day, week or month))

Deposit limit (the amount of money the player can deposit is limited for a period of time (a day, week or month)).

  • Loss limit (the amount of money that can be lost by the player is limited for a period of time (a day, week or month))
  • Session limit (the amount of time which the player spends playing is limited; If the player hits the limit, he will be automatically logged out of the account)
  • Cooling off period (the player can log in to his account, but can't make deposits and play during a specified period; Also the player will be excluded from all advertising offers; After the set period expires, he will receive a notification email saying the account is active again)
  • Self-exclusion period (the player can set a self-exclusion limit for a definite or an indefinite period of time. During the set period the player will not be able to log into the account. To be excluded from gambling on the site the player has to contact Support Team via Live Chat or E-mail or to set the limit in the account)
Removing Limits:
  • To revoke a limit, there is a 24 hr waiting time once initiated. This is to give time to the player to reconsider.
  • To revoke a cool off is a 7 day waiting time in order for the player to re open the account. If the account is also self excluded with the KGC, then the self exclusion remains.
  • Self exclusions are irrevocable and the time must elapse. After the time has elapsed, re-opening is subject to the KGC
Protection of Minors

Participation on this website is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the legal minimum age for gambling in the player’s jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By registering and using this website, players confirm that they meet the applicable legal age requirement.

We take the protection of minors seriously and use all reasonable and available measures to prevent underage individuals from registering or participating. We reserve the right to request proof of identity and age verification at any time. If a player is found to be under the legal age, their access to the website will be immediately denied, and any associated account may be suspended or closed.

Despite these measures, we acknowledge that the widespread availability of the internet may allow minors to attempt to access online gaming services. We therefore strongly encourage parents and legal guardians to actively supervise and restrict their children’s internet usage. The use of parental control or filtering software is recommended to prevent minors from accessing gambling-related websites. Information and links to such software may be provided on our website for assistance.
